The Junction was created and is dedicated to employing
the special needs adult population in the greater Chesaning area.
The Junction is the only non-profit 501C-3 restaurant in the United
States. Our Special Needs employees are all very different, with one
notable exception. Each one has a higher sense of self worth as a
direct result of working and receiving a paycheck. We believe that
the Junction provides Happiness,
a positive mental outlook; an Opportunity
to perform a real job; the challenge to Persevere
and get the job done; and the Empowerment
garnered from a hard day's work. If you believe in our efforts, please
