Welcome!

The Junction of HOPE was and remains quite a journey for everyone involved. According to Linda Diem, "This has been a total learning experience. The adult employees have willingly accepted the important role of training and assistance. Sometimes we have to revamp the job technique to meet the Special Needs person's ability. Nothing is impossible if you look, figure, and remake the job till it works. You just accommodate the person. Some jobs may take the combined effort of four people to accomplish, but four have built their self esteem, and they all receive a paycheck."
